John Graham (Quivver)

There aren’t many producers who can say they’ve had such a profound impact on a particular scene, quite as John Graham can about the progressive house/trance movements during the late 90s. As Quivver, Tilt and Space Manoeuvres, his production and remix work has generated a conveyor belt of dance floor anthems that have become the classic sound of the genre.
As one third of Tilt, releasing through Paul Oakenfold’s Perfecto label, John’s music dominated clubland in the 90s, becoming the sound of superclubs like Cream and Gatecrasher. After leaving Tilt in 1999, Quivver returned with ‘She Does’ and then the familiar Stage One, recording this time under the moniker Space Manoeuvres. These tracks became the most sought after in the scene and John found himself repeatedly on the Global Underground compilations of artists like Sasha and Digweed.
Since 2003, John has continued to release as Quivver throug his own label BozBoz. His recent track ‘All Fall Down’ was featured in CSI:NY (Season 7, Episode 10) and a successful collaboration with Hybrid, on single ‘Choke’, lead to its use on the Frank Miller film ‘The Spirit’ in 2008. Furthermore, the appeal of John’s music can be seen in its trademark profile for the award winning video games Call of Duty; the Black Ops’, Modern Warfare and World at War editions, which are amongst the biggest selling computer games ever.
